Shop Policy

Some of the items in my shop are Pre-Order items unless stated otherwise. They will need 2-3 months time to be produced, meaning all the items would not be shipped until the approximated time. 

I'm not responsible for any possible import tax, value-added tax (TAX), and other customs fees that may incur upon the arrival of your package. 

By purchasing my product you have understood and agreed to the policies stated.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are dispatched from Jakarta using Pos Indonesia.

The available shipping fees are calculated at a flat rate. Should your package exceed more than 500 grams, you will be contacted through your email ragarding additional shipping fees.

  • Orders to France, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, and Mexico will require VAT/TAX ID. Inability to provide this will result in a refund.
  • The items will be sent using Registered AirMail or Express Mail Service.
    - Registered Airmail Delivery Time: 21-45 days.
    - Express Mail Service (EMS) Delivery Time: 7-9 days.
  • All shipping timelines are estimated. I am not responsible for any delays or liability caused by the postal service. Please contact your local shipping courier for further information.
  • Our postal service is unable to ship orders to PO Box and Armed Forces (APO/FPO) addresses. Please do not use any PO Box and APO/FPO addresses.
  • If you couldn't see your country during checkout, please reach out to me via Instagram/Twitter or email me at [email protected] to inquire me about the avability and shipping fee to your designated country. I will then help you to provide the steps to proceed with your order.

REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds will be permitted after the pre-order period has ended. Once production begins, all purchases are FINAL. 
  • No returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped. 

 

In the case of Missing or Damaged Items: 

  • I will issue a refund/replacement if there is: Negligence during packing process (missing and/or damaged item(s)). Image/Video proof is required to make this claim.)
  • I will not issue a refund/replacement if there is:
    - Improper shipping and handling by the postal service.
    - Failure of postal sevice delivery.
    - Incorrect address input.
    - Issues with your country's customs and/or import tax.
